Payment information, processed directly by Stripe (we never see or store your card details)
Any access credentials or code you voluntarily share with us to perform the fix (e.g. site login, FTP access, repository access)

We also collect limited technical data automatically when you browse the site, such as pages visited, general location (country/region), device type, and click/scroll behavior, through the analytics tools listed below.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe under PCI-DSS compliance; we never store card numbers on our own servers.
