FixBugDev provides professional website debugging and bug-fixing services. Upon receiving your request and payment, we will investigate and attempt to resolve the described issue within the agreed scope.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and your card details never reach our servers. By completing payment you confirm you have authorization to use the provided payment method.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

If we are unable to resolve your reported issue, you will receive a full refund within 2 business days, processed automatically via Stripe, no questions asked. This guarantee applies when the bug cannot be fixed. It does not apply if the client changes scope, cancels work already in progress, or if access needed to fix the issue is not provided.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about the issue, grant necessary access (FTP/SSH, admin credentials, staging environment) when required, and cooperate in good faith throughout the process. Delays caused by lack of access are not covered by the turnaround guarantee.

5. Confidentiality

All credentials and sensitive information you share are handled with strict confidentiality. Access details are used solely for the purpose of fixing your issue and are permanently deleted immediately after the job is complete. We do not share your information with third parties.

6. Scope & Limitations

Our services are limited to the specific issue described at time of purchase. Additional bugs discovered during the work may require a separate engagement. We will always notify you upfront if a problem is outside our scope before any work begins.

7. Limitation of Liability

FixBugDev's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, data loss, or business interruption.
